I had a 3.2 gpa in AP classes, 1180 SAT, some extracurriculars, and I applied. I was accepted less than 2 weeks later. My roommate's intelligence is about on par with the cast of Jersey Shore and was accepted. We were accepted a long time ago and I have heard it is more difficult to get in now.

Had good grades. Be prepared to sit in huge class rooms and that you will not find a job afterwards. This does not apply to all courses but to most in my class. UCF=degree mill=no job.

Anyone can get into this University how else do you think the student body has become 60,000+. I would advise anyone considering college in Florida or even out of state to look at other schools as the quality of the education will be better. Consider UCF as a last resort after all it is a University that when you complete the programs in 5 years (average for most students pursing high degrees) you'll have the quality of education that you could have gotten by buying all the books yourself and teaching yourself since that is what you will be doing at this school. Essentially you will be paying the school a ton to test you on yourself teaching ability. Oh and if you get anything less then a C average you can bet they will kick you out. Good Luck

If you have a relative that previously attended this university, you're a shoe-in. I had a better high school GPA & more extra-curricular activities than my friend, and she got in over me. I believe it had a lot to do with the fact that she has family that graduated from UCF.
